Waters) Her birthplace is listed as Ohio, her parents' birthplaces as Tennesee. Also, a Henry W. Filtensberg or Filtensberger, age 66, born in Ohio. He is shown as Jacob's uncle. The 1870 Census, also Bourbon County has Mary, another son, Josiah Waters, 12, but no Filtensbergers.
