Obituaries Notes for Terry Lynn GREELEY
Terry Lyn Peterson, 46, of Richmond, died at 2:38 a.m., June 2, 2007, at her home.
Terry was born Nov. 8, 1960 in North Kansas City, Mo., to Gerald E. and Ada M. (Wurtz)
Greeley. She married John D. Peterson of Richmond on Feb. 25, 1989; he survives, of the
home.
Terry worked as a customer service representive at State Bank in Richmond. She was also
a Mary Kay consultant. She had lived in Richmond since 1989. She was a 1979 graduate of
Platte County R-3 High School and attended Maplewood Community College.
She was a member of the Christian Fellowship Ministries Church in Richmond and its
mission’s team. She was past President of the Ray County Community Arts Association. She
was a past Chairman for the Ray County Relay for Life.
Other survivors include: her mother, Ada M. Greeley of Kansas City, Mo.; two sons, Jacob
Nathan Cole of Riverside and Kyle David Peterson of the home; one daughter, Emily Ann
Peterson, of the home; and one sister and brother-in-law, Gale A. and Lance D. Cantu of
Platte City.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel L. Greeley.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Christian Fellowship Ministries
Church in Richmond or the Ray County Relay for Life.
Visitation will be Friday, June 8, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Christian Fellowship Ministries
Church in Richmond.
