Obituaries
Gladys Lucille Wurtz, 74, Kansas City in Platte County, passed away Sunday October 15, 1995 at her home. Funeral services wil be at 11:00 AM Tuesday at the King of Kings Lutheran Church, 1701 N.E. 96th Street, Kansas City, MO. Friends may call 6 - 8 PM Monday at the Blackman Chapel.

Mrs. Wurtz was born May 25, 1921 in Fort Scott, Kansas, and has lived in Kansas City for 47 years. She was a homemaker and a member of the King of Kings Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Wurtz, in 1992. Survivors include her daughter, Ada Mae Greeley, of the home; William Franklin Wurtz, and his wife Linda, of Kansas City; her sisters, Dorothy Coleman, Mesa AZ, four grandchildren, Terry Peterson, Gale Contu, Alisa Longhofer, and Lawrence Keith Wurtz,; and eight great-grandchildren.
