Patton, Robert, 67 years, died yesterday at the home of Orville Homes. 726 Cornell Ave. He is survived by two sons, Thomas Patton, Topeka, and John Patton, Burney, Cal. Funeral services will be at 10:00 Wednesday morning from Butler's Chapel. The funeral procession will go from there to Leavenworth. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery.
