Mrs. Frida Watters, 84, of 822 Raymond, Independence, died Saturday at the Medical Center of Indpendence.

She was born in Zurich, Switzerland, and moved to Salt Lake City in 1920. She had lived in the Kansas City are since 1925. Mr.s Watters was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints, Third Ward, and was a member of the Church Relief Society.

She leaves two sons, Rulon E. Watters, of the home, and Alvin R. Waters, 2336 S. Northern, Independence; a daughter, Mrs. Bessie F. Fisher, 1303 N. Kiger, Independence, and five grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Speaks Chapel; burial in Woodlawn Cemetery. friends may call at the chapel Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.. The family suggests contributions to the building fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints
